Search Consultants
As a search consultant, you will develop and deepen client relationships by recruiting and developing talents for their businesses. You will be juggling different priorities, setting strategies and working in a fast-paced, but fun environment. You will be creating "wow" level of customer satisfaction to our clients and talents.

In a typical search assignment, you will locate and match talents from all industries to suit our client's corporate culture and needs. This will involve research, industry profiling, candidate mapping, interviews and presentation.

Pre-requisities & Preferences
- Passionately people-oriented
- Independent, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Self-motivated team player with entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tertiary education with at least 3 - 5 years of IT industry experience
- Candidates with prior staffing industry experience will be considered for senior positions.
